Your role
Garant(e) de l’architecture et des livrables de votre équipe, vous aurez pour mission principale de :
• Manage a team of integration consultants
• Identify the skills required to successfully complete projects
• Implement best practices within your team
• Validate your team's deliverables
Supervise projects: check that developments are running smoothly, technical choices, methods to be used, quality and deadlines to be met
• Contribuer activement à la définition et à l’amélioration des solutions techniques Votre Profil
• Vous disposez de 8 ans minimums d’expérience dans le domaine de l’intégration
• You have significant experience of SOA/IPaaS/MoM integration technologies and an expert level of the usual integration architecture patterns.
• You have experience and skills in project management
• Recognized leadership and proven managerial skills
• Experience in leading and guiding a team of developers is required
• Fluency in English
